Coaching by changing mindsets in Devon

The Bit about me

What should a Coach & Hypnotherapist do for you?

They should make you feel safe, and comfortable to share and have clear expert credentials and qualifications. With some experience and wisdom to offer.

It helps if they have values that you’re happy with and make coaching interesting and fun along the way.

I’m Tina (She, Her) and pleased to say I offer all these things.

I live in Devon in the UK, but I am happy to work further afield or virtually.

Career wise, I have worked as a Director in the Charity sector, for the NHS and the Royal College of Nursing.

I’m both a Registered Mental Health and General Nurse and a qualified Coach and NLP practitioner

I Use Neuro linguistic Programming and mind set change techniques in my work

I like to be doing. I believe in kindness and compassion as the best ways to navigate the world. I like the sound of ice in a cold glass of something, my family laughing, and the sound of sea on the shore. I like a lot of things but not a fan of butter beans
— Tina

I’m energetic & approachable – I’m a people person, I enjoy seeing people and teams thrive.

I like to work with people, on their motivation, developing their competence and making the most of their skills and potential.

I am flexible & adaptable, & can turn a hand to many things

Doing this with humour and a smile.

I enjoy living and walking in delightful Devon with my dog Boo, & the family I live near the sea and I seaswim and its my go to reset.

I live and work in Devon, but am happy to go further afield and consider virtual work as I have experience in running workshops in this way.
